What we actually clean.
Your dryer vent is a duct that runs from the back of your dryer to the outside of your home. Over time, lint builds up inside. Here's what the full cleaning covers.
Full vent line
From the dryer connection inside your laundry room to the exterior exhaust cap. We clean the entire run — not just the first few feet.
Lint trap & connection
We inspect the lint trap housing and the flexible hose connecting your dryer to the wall. This is where most blockages start.
Exterior exhaust cap
The flap or cover where your vent exits the house. We clear any debris, lint, or bird nesting and make sure it opens and closes properly.
Airflow testing
We measure airflow before and after the cleaning so you can see the difference. This measurement is included in your service receipt.
Before & after photos
You get photos of what your vent looked like before and after the cleaning. Real proof, sent to your phone. No other company does this consistently.
Insurance-ready receipt
Your receipt includes the date, service details, airflow measurements, and technician info. Keep it on file — it protects your insurance claim if you ever need it.

What clean vents do for your home
Prevent fires
Lint buildup is the #1 cause of dryer fires. A clean vent eliminates the risk.
Cut drying time
Clogged vents make cycles take 2-3x longer. Most customers see drying time drop by half.
Lower energy bills
Your dryer works harder with a blocked vent. Clean vents mean shorter cycles and less electricity.
Extend dryer life
Less heat stress, fewer breakdowns. Some manufacturers require annual cleaning to maintain warranty.
Protect insurance
Claims can be denied if a dryer fire results from lack of maintenance. A receipt is your proof.
Vetted technicians, not random strangers.
Someone is entering your home. That’s the #1 concern for every customer, and we take it seriously. Here’s how our technician network works.
Background-checked before their first job
Every technician goes through identity verification and a criminal background check. This is non-negotiable — someone is entering your home.
You see who's coming before they arrive
When your appointment is confirmed, you'll see your technician's name and photo. You also get a text when they're on the way.
Insured for every job
Liability coverage is required, not optional. If anything goes wrong during the cleaning, you're covered.
Rated after every cleaning
Customers rate every job. Technicians with consistently low ratings are removed from our network.

Questions we actually get.
How long does the cleaning take?+
30 to 45 minutes for most homes. The technician cleans the full vent line, tests airflow before and after, and sends you photos. You don't need to do anything except let them in.
Do I need to be home?+
Yes — someone 18 or older needs to be present. The technician needs access to your dryer and laundry area. You don't need to move the dryer yourself; the tech handles everything.
Do I need to pull the dryer out from the wall?+
No. The technician will disconnect and reconnect the dryer as part of the service. You don't need to prep anything.
How do I know the cleaning was actually done?+
You receive before & after photos of your vent and airflow measurements showing the improvement. This is sent to your phone right after the service. No other company does this consistently.
What if my vent is damaged or disconnected?+
If the technician finds a crushed, disconnected, or damaged vent line during the cleaning, they'll show you the issue and explain your options. Any repair work is quoted separately — you're never charged without explicit approval.
Can a dirty dryer vent actually cause a fire?+
Yes. The NFPA reports nearly 16,000 dryer fires per year in the US, and "failure to clean" is the leading cause at 34%. Lint is highly flammable, and a clogged vent traps heat. Annual cleaning is the most effective prevention.
Will this help my dryer work better?+
Almost always. The most common result is drying time dropping from 60-90 minutes to 30-40 minutes per load. If your clothes take multiple cycles to dry, a clogged vent is almost certainly the cause.
What about dryer vent cleaning kits from the hardware store?+
DIY kits clean the first few feet of the vent, but can't reach the full duct run or the exterior exhaust. For short, straight vents they can help between professional cleanings, but they're not a substitute for the full service — especially for longer or routed vent lines.
How often should I get this done?+
At least once per year. If you have pets (hair clogs vents faster), a large family, or run your dryer daily, every 6 months is better. We send automatic reminders so you don't have to remember.
Can I cancel or reschedule?+
Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your appointment. No fees, no phone calls needed.
